Description

This charming 2.5 room attic apartment in Breiten above Mörel is a special retreat for those who want to combine relaxation, nature and proximity to the Aletsch Arena. Quietly situated and nestled in the Valais mountain landscape, the apartment offers a cozy living feel with plenty of wood, pleasant room height and an architecture that conveys significantly more character than a classic holiday apartment. Particularly attractive is the layout spread over two living levels and an additional gallery. In the lower area are the cozy living and dining area, the compact kitchen and the modern bathroom with shower. The high ceiling with visible wooden structure gives this area plenty of light and an extraordinary sense of space. Large window surfaces provide brightness and create a beautiful connection to the surroundings. The interior has been renovated in recent years and combines modern elements with the warm character of a mountain apartment.

Via the open wooden staircase, you reach the spacious sleeping area. This offers, in addition to the sleeping space, additional room for a home office, a reading corner or other individual uses. One level higher is the gallery, which is excellent as an additional bedroom, retreat or cozy corner for guests. These different levels give the apartment its special charm.

The balcony is also a beautiful place to enjoy the peace and alpine surroundings. Whether your first coffee in the morning, a book in the afternoon sun or a glass of wine after a day in the mountains, you can wonderfully extend the holiday feeling to the outdoors.

An extraordinary added value is the location within Salina Maris. The saline thermal bath integrated in the building can be used and makes the apartment particularly attractive for people who want to combine vacation and wellness. After a ski day, a hike or a bike tour, you can relax directly in the house and enjoy the day pleasantly.

For active vacations, the location could hardly be better. The valley station of the cable car from Mörel to Riederalp is at a short distance. This opens direct access to the Aletsch Arena with Riederalp, Bettmeralp and Fiescheralp, in winter with varied ski slopes and in summer with numerous hiking trails, bike routes and the impressive mountain landscape around the Großer Aletschgletscher. At the same time, Brig and Naters are easily accessible by car.

Mörel Filet itself has shops, restaurants and excellent public transport connections. The Matterhorn Gotthard Bahn regularly connects the place with the regional centers and surrounding holiday areas.

The parking situation is also uncomplicated. Directly adjacent is a large public parking lot for which an annual parking permit can be obtained. This means that even for longer stays, a practical parking option is available in the immediate vicinity.

This apartment is ideal as a personal retreat, holiday apartment or second home for people who are not just looking for four walls but for a place to unwind and enjoy. The combination of cozy attic apartment character, multiple living levels, gallery, wellness directly in the house and proximity to the Aletsch Arena makes this offer a particularly attractive holiday property in the Upper Valais.
