Viewing notebook

After three viewings, the details blur together. Note each one during or right after the visit, rate it on six criteria and keep your questions for the agency.

The comparison table ranks the homes you have visited by score, so the best option stands out.

Frequently asked questions

What should I check during a viewing?

Light at different times of day, noise, the condition of the kitchen and bathroom, the heating type, storage (cellar, attic), transport and shops. Ask for the heating statement and the amount of the service charges.

Are my notes private?

Yes. They stay in your browser, or in your Domus account if you are logged in. They are never shared with agencies.

How is the score calculated?

It is the average of the criteria you rated from 1 to 5: light, quiet, condition, layout, neighbourhood and transport.
