Between the Rhône and the lower slopes

St-Léonard belongs to the district of Sierre, although it adjoins the municipality of Sion. The Rhône forms its southern boundary, on the right bank, and the territory extends onto the lower mountain slopes. Part of the municipality is covered by vineyards.

The Lienne separates St-Léonard from Sion (Uvrier). Sierre borders the municipality to the east, while Ayent, Lens and Icogne lie to the north.

A new-build apartment

Every current listing is a 4.5-room apartment in a new building, with an open-plan kitchen, solar panels and a cellar. Swiss listings count habitable rooms, not bedrooms. A half room is often a kitchen with a dining area or a large hall.

Buying an apartment in a building usually means condominium ownership (PPE in French, Stockwerkeigentum in German). You own your unit and a share of the common parts. For more choice, compare properties for sale in Sierre or properties for sale in Crans-Montana.
